Solution to error "Internal error during activation" (Mac OS)
When attempting to activate a library in Native Access, if you run into an error message about an internal error during activation, here are the necessary steps to solve the issue in Mac OS:
1. Make sure Native Access is closed.
2. In Finder, navigate to: Macintosh HD > Users > Shared
3. Delete the "Native Instruments" folder. You can do this by right-clicking on the folder and selecting "Move to Trash".
4. Restart Native Access and add the serial again.
